ATTA (WHEAT FLOUR) LADOO
One Buddy Bowl atta
3/4 Buddy Bowl Sugar Powder
1/2 (or a little less if u want) Buddy Bowl Pure Ghee
1/2 Buddy Bowl Cut almonds and Raisins
Slow roast atta in a heavy bottom vessel till it is aromatic and light pink in color.
Now add ghee and on slow fire cook for 10-15 minutes
Let it cool for 5 min and then add sugar powder.
Add dry fruit mix in this and mix properly.
Make Ladoos while still warm.
Store in Tupperware Store All Canisters or Star Bowls and you can enjoy for two months and more ….
