Keep your Rice Flour and Urad Daal Flour in Modular Mates

and you can make this dish anytime….

Instant dosa

2 cups rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1 cup urad dal (split black lentil) flour
1/2 tsp fruit salt
salt to taste
1 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1 cup finely chopped onions
little ghee


  1. Mix the rice flour,urad flour and half teaspoon of eno, this makes the mixture for dosas.
  2. Heat the tava and make dosas – adding tablespoon about a spoon of onions for each dosa while it is on the tava.
  3. Remove the dosa..put a little ghee on top of it and the sprinkle the finely chopped coriander leaves on the folded dosa.
