Chana dal Steamed in strainer and multicook
Ready Chana daal steam cooked 

Soak Chana daal for min 4 hrs.

Grind with garlic, green chilli ,pepper and cummin seeds.

Do not use much water.

Put in Strainer after adding salt to it. No soda needed.

Steam it in Multicook for 5 min .

Cut and shallow fry ……Yummy.
