First time I have made a cake with no walnut or blue berries or raisin or almond or cashew ..no nothing !!
The cake came out fluffy and soft. Was very easy to make and bake .
Do try it !
2 cups Self Raising Flour
1/2 cup custard powder
2 cups sugar powder
250 gms Amul Butter( room temperature)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup milk
1 tsp Vinegar or Lemon juice
In my electric mixer I put eggs ,sugar and butter and beat them till soft and creamy. Love the texture !
Then added vanilla and 1 cup SRF. mixed it with silicon spatula and then run the mixer for 1 minute.
Added 1/2 cup milk and run the mixer for 1 min.
Added 1/2 cup custard powder and 1/4 cup milk and mixed with spatula and run the mixer for 1 min.
Added rest of SRF and milk . Again mixed with spatula first and then run the mix for 2 min on minimum speed.
Batter is ready !!
Used a bundt pan , greased and floured….Baked for 40 min at 180 C preheated Oven.
