Prepare a base with 170 gms hide and seek biscuit and 50 gms butter.

200 gms Amul Whipping Cream
1/2 cup Sugar powder
1/4 cup Orange Juice
1 tbsp Orange zest
1 tbsp Gelatin
4 tbsp water to soak gelatin.
Whip the cold cream in a cool steel bowl till peaks are formed and keep aside.
Soak gelatin in room temperature water and keep aside.
Combine sugar and cream cheese . Beat well till incorporated.
Mix in whipped cream to this slowly.
On a double boiler let the gelatin mix turn transparent . Pour it in the orange juice and combine well.
Add gelatin mix in the cream cheese mixture.Fold in gently.
Pour this over the prepared base in a 7″ or 8″ loose bottom pan.
Freeze for minimum 4 hrs.
Prepare orange jelly with store bought packet and pour over the cake once it is cooled down . I used 7″ pan so there was no space left on top .I used an aluminum foil and made place to set jelly.
It looks good and tastes better.
