Everyone is experiencing the corona scare and facing the lockdown crises which is essential but challenging. Made Bread again today after years of gap just because the kids wanted and were ready to help with kneading too .
Ingredients:
3 cups Whole wheat flour (I use aashirwad aata). Pillsbury works well too.
1/4 cup honey or 2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt or per ur taste
4 tbsp milk powder (I use everyday) or 1 tbsp gluten
2 tbsp oil/softened butter
2 tsp instant yeast
1 to 1/4 cup water(depends on the quality of the flour and weather as well)
1 tbsp oil to knead

I used 2cups atta with Β 1 cup maida
2 tsp yeast mixed in
warm water 1/4 cup with
1 tsp sugar for feeding yeast.
1/4 cup honey
4 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp butter
1 cup water for kneading
salt 1 tsp
1 tsp oil for kneading and lining tin .
baked at 180C for 30 min . Some charring happened but the taste is awesome . I had put some TIL and Sunflower seeds on top .Β
